God so loved that He gave. He gave the most amazing gift of abundant life through His only Son, Jesus Christ.
And by receiving His gift, we are set free from the bondage of sin and can enjoy everlasting fellowship with the True and Living God.
What an act of generosity! As children of God, He desires for us to do likewise. Our Heavenly Father wants us to show kindness and unconditional love to fellow Christians, those that don’t yet know about Christ and those that are even the most “unlovable” in this world.
When we live in a constant state of giving thanks to God, we are more likely to put that thanks into action and share of our resources and spread compassion to those around us. The proper response to God’s gracious giving should be to worship Him with our own selfless acts of service and giving.
Remember to give unconditionally. No strings attached. Reflect His generosity to others. That is true worship.
I refresh others, therefore ,I will always be refreshed. When I am generous, I remain prosperous and satisfied. (Proverbs 11:24-25) Just like the Proverbs 31 woman, I extend my hands to those in need. I bless the poor, and I look for ways to provide my gifts and resources to those in need. I declare I am a cheerful giver, and my good deeds will never be forgotten. The Lord is producing a great harvest of generosity in my heart. May those I bless break out in thanksgiving to God.
